Download, install or update

For a new installation, open the Picasso download options and check the publisher and package. The Android installation guide explains the store route and the extra checks for a manual file.

Already installed? Use the update guide to identify your copy, compare releases and protect existing data.

Fix an installation or playback problem

Start with the troubleshooting symptoms for buffering, crashes, a blank screen or a single video that will not play. If Android refuses to install the file, use the app-not-installed checks.

For access requests, read the permissions guide. The safety guide explains how source identity, hashes and signing information fit together.

Understand the file or service you found

Compare APK, APKM, XAPK and AAB formats before choosing an installer. For a modified file, read what a MOD claim needs to establish.

If you found a browser player or sign-in page, use the online and login guide to check whether it belongs to the app covered here.
