What this site has checked
The research matched the Play listing identity, reviewed publisher images and compared package-specific mirror metadata. It did not include a Picasso installation, malware scan, traffic inspection or independent certificate extraction from the bundle.
Play’s data-safety fields are developer declarations. A store listing does not establish how every separately distributed file behaves. No “virus-free” label or independent safety score is assigned here.
Review permissions on your installed copy
Open Settings, Apps, Picasso and Permissions. Check what access is granted and whether each request relates to the feature you selected. Android labels and access choices vary by version and device.
Manifest declarations and runtime permissions are different. Counting declared permissions cannot by itself establish risk. The permissions guide explains how to review prompts and change access.
Keep Play Protect enabled. If it flags a file, investigate its source. Treat an unrelated webpage asking for accessibility access, device administration or another service’s password as a separate request.
What a hash and signing certificate tell you
A SHA-256 hash identifies a file’s exact bytes. A signing certificate can help compare release continuity against a trusted earlier copy. Neither alone establishes harmless code, a trustworthy publisher or rights to the content shown.
APKMirror published these values for the 10.14.0 bundle checked on 27 October 2026. This site has not recomputed them. The certificate fingerprint and file hash measure different things.

Check ads, payment prompts and content rights
The current Play listing labels the app as containing ads. Its description includes ad-free and subscription-free claims, while a publisher image refers to paid content. These statements do not establish what will happen in your installed version.
Read the actual price, provider and entitlement before paying. Content availability and authorization have not been independently checked here. Use software and programmes under the relevant provider’s terms and permissions.
Checks to make before installation
- Match the package and publisher using the documented source.
- Check device eligibility and the file format.
- Keep protections enabled and read installer warnings.
- Compare source and signing evidence before replacing an app.
- Investigate an undocumented MOD claim separately from a normal update.
A future app test should record the exact file, device, OS, tools, date and observed behavior. Its results would apply to that test, not every download with the same name.
